With our B2B SaaS solution, we support construction companies and real estate developers in the execution of many real estate projects. The focus lies on the optimisation of processes, the communication and the organisation between the apartment buyer and the construction companiy or real estate developer. Our tool can easily be integrated in the marketing of the projects and remains in use until the handover and the defect management.

These are the areas we cover with our software
We start exactly where the effort and the challenges in processing individualisations begin – the buyer. Current processes focus on the technical handling and communication between the real estate developer and the executing company. The flat buyer is usually left out.
We close this gap and offer flat buyers an optimal overview of all topics that are relevant for the flat individualisation process. That is the basis for an equally frictionless process for the project managers, who administrate the requests.

We are preparing the next round of funding for 2019
After an eight-month test phase and a successful proof of concept and proof of market in mid-2017, Milan Zahradnik founded the Sonderwunsch Meister GmbH with three Business Angels in Vienna in September 2017.
After this successful seed round, we plan the first funding round to further promote the internationalization in the course of 2020.

Our marketplace brings together relevant manufacturers, real estate developers, general contractors and construction companies.
